Closing the technology gap, openly

Our mission is to make practical, independent knowledge about AI, automation and digital technologies freely available, so that everyone working in or entering the digital economy can understand, choose and use technology responsibly and to real effect.

Technology changes faster than most people and small businesses can follow, and good independent guidance is often expensive or locked behind paid programmes. Everything we publish can be read without an account, so small shops, employees and people new to the field have the same access to good information as large companies.

What the community does

  • Shares knowledge openly Guides, tutorials and research written by practitioners: what is worth attention, when to use it, when not to, and how to measure it.
  • Runs free live sessions Online webinars and workshops, with recordings published for everyone.
  • Learns together Members ask questions, share experiments and compare results, including what didn’t work.

Open to everyone. Built for going deeper.

Our material goes beyond the basics. Instead of “how to open your first store”, we look at how things actually get better: how systems connect, how to judge a new tool, how to measure whether a change helped, and how to use technology safely.
